ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS
INGREDIENTS:
- 1 LB brussels sprouts
- 3 tbsp ghee
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1-2 cloves garlic
METHOD:
- Preheat oven to 400 F.
- Melt ghee in small saucepan.
- Rinse brussels sprouts, trim ends, then half. Toss any fallen leaves.
- Mix sprouts, with melted ghee, salt, and minced garlic.
- Spread out onto baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until browned and soft.
- Serve immediately.
