roasted brussel sprouts

ROASTED BRUSSELS SPROUTS

 

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 LB brussels sprouts
  • 3 tbsp ghee 
  • 1 tsp sea salt
  • 1-2 cloves garlic

 

 

 

 

 

 

METHOD: 

  • Preheat oven to 400 F. 
  • Melt ghee in small saucepan. 
  • Rinse brussels sprouts, trim ends, then half.  Toss any fallen leaves. 
  • Mix sprouts, with melted ghee, salt, and minced garlic.
  • Spread out onto baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25-30 minutes or until browned and soft. 
  • Serve immediately.
