Peanut butter brownie cups

PEANUT BUTTER BROWNIE CUPS

METHOD: 

  • Place 8-10 baking cup liners in a muffin tin.
  • Mix brownie ingredients together  in saucepan on low-medium heat.
  • Pour brownie mixture into baking cups.
  • Mix glaze ingredients in saucepan on low-medium heat.
  • Top brownies with peanut butter glaze.
  • Cool for 30 minutes in refrigerator.

 

 

 

 

 

 

INGREDIENTS: 

BROWNIE:

  • 1/2 c cacao or unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 1/2 c peanut butter
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/2 c pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 c almond milk 

PEANUT BUTTER GLAZE: 

  • 1/4 c peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 1 tbsp almond milk
