INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 small pie pumpkin (roasted & chilled)
  • 1 c coconut milk
  • 1/4 c raw honey
  • 2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1" fresh ginger root
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1/4 tsp ground cloves

 

 

 

 

 

 

METHOD: 

  • Add chilled pumpkin & all other ingredients to blender or processor.
  • Blend until smooth. 
  • Serve chilled.
